SparkLabs has announced the completion of a $50 million new fund, the 'AIM AI Fund', aimed at supporting global AI startups and the AIM-X accelerator project in Saudi Arabia. The fund will invest in 50 to 70 AI companies, with approximately 35% allocated to accelerator participants and 65% for Series A and B projects. This new fund reflects the investment boom in the AI sector, particularly against the backdrop of the rise of generative AI, with emerging markets like Saudi Arabia showing potential.
